SLSC Pangolin Exhibit

PANGOLIN EXHIBIT
We were tasked with creating an exhibit for the Saint Louis Science Center. The exhibit would describe a scientific process supported by original type and illustration. I researched animal conservation and did the life  cycle of a pangolin; an endangered species native to parts of Asia and Africa.

The Pangolin Exhibit  is supported by an original app that I created, called SYMBIO. The app focuses on conservation and prompts visitors to learn more about Pangolins and other endangered species and to make helpful contributions through donations.

ENDANGERED SPECIES CONSERVATION
Made in Adobe XD, original Illustrations
SYMBIO connects users to conservation efforts and information. The pangolin and all animals featured are classified as at risk to critically-endangered on the IUCN Red List, a global inventory of animals and animal conservation.

I wanted to create a similar inventory, but with accessibility to a younger audience in mind. The simple layout allows people to learn and contribute to animal conservation all through functions available in the app. Such features include connecting users to relevant conservation events, easy access to read and sign legislation, and providing a fun, interactive way to contribute through donations by adopting the animals you learn about.
